This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary Sponsor, CRO, and PI site liaison for designated studies

• Provide assistance on additional studies as required and serve as the main point of contact for assigned submissions

• Perform an administrative review of protocol/site submissions and accompanying documentation

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of various types of protocol and site submissions

• Record and implement client-specific customizations

• Manage change requests for approved protocols

• Oversee vendor relationships and documentation for translations in foreign languages

• Ensure precision and meticulousness in all tasks

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to reduce errors

• Address customer inquiries within 24 hours of receiving emails or voicemails

• Raise any customer or timeline issues to management

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an IRB or clinical research environment applying regulations to safeguard human subjects

• Intermediate proficiency in computer skills

• Skilled in using MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook

• Capability to effectively operate a proprietary system

• Possession of Certified IRB Professional (CIP) status or the ability to obtain CIP within one (1) year of becoming eligible

• Capacity to sit or stand for extended durations at a stationary workstation

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 10 lbs.

• Competence in learning and understanding basic instructions

• Strong focus and attention to assigned tasks and responsibilities

• Proficient in verbal communication, active listening, comprehension, and responding
