• Must possess a real estate license in the state of employment.

• Commitment to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation necessary.

• Capability to travel within your designated market area.

• Ability to operate independently as an independent contractor.
