Real Estate Associate Agent – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, manage open houses, and participate in property inspections.

• Set your own schedule and manage your workload effectively.

• Collaborate with clients at your convenience.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Be available to assist customers, particularly on weekends.

• Work without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings.

• Receive a flat-rate compensation for each field event as an independent contractor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Willing to exclusively associate your license with Redfin.

• Have a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be prepared to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable mode of transportation is required.

• Ability to travel within your designated market area.

• Background screening in accordance with applicable laws is necessary.
