Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Follow up on potential leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and draft contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and ascertain the After Repair Value (ARV) and current As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing quotas through phone-based sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
