Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and secure new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and ascertain both After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with property owners to present offers for their homes.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales.

• Consistently recognized as part of the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales quotas through phone sales.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
