Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and draft contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and establish the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas through phone sales.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is required.

• Ability to adapt to seller schedules to maximize transaction opportunities.
