Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Engage with leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and secure new home acquisitions.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties effectively.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and draft contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and ascertain the After Repair Value (ARV) and current market value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with real estate agents, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with potential clients and existing prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication skills along with proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets via phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
