Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, evaluate properties, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and disposition of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and assess After Repair Value (ARV) and current property values.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Purchase homes for House Buyers of America.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales staff in prior positions.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is necessary.

• Flexibility to adapt to seller schedules.

• Capability to hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

• Experience in client-facing roles.
