Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Follow up on potential leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and secure new homes.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and assess the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Acquire homes for House Buyers of America.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales personnel in prior positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is required.

• Flexibility to adjust to seller schedules and optimize deal flow.

• Regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
