Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and draft contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and ascertain the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers.

• Collaborate with real estate agents, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales personnel in prior positions.

• Excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is essential.

• Capability to hold in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis.
