Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the purchase and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and evaluate After Repair Value (ARV) and current property values.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales quotas through telephone sales.
