Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage with leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the buying and selling of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all purchases.

• Draft contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and assess both ARV and As-Is values of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).
