Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and disposition of real estate.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and establish the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

• Assist homeowners in selling their properties through House Buyers of America’s straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free home-buying process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas through phone sales.

• Availability for evening and weekend work as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).
