Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage follow-ups on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Facilitate negotiations for the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and evaluate the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Purchase homes for House Buyers of America.

• Complete real estate acquisition transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is a must.

• Responsible for regularly conducting in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
