Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Engage with leads, assess property values, analyze comparables, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
