Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.

• Estimate necessary repairs and ascertain After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

• Must be flexible with evening and weekend availability.

• Capability to conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients regularly.
