Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and secure new home acquisitions.

• Negotiate the buying and selling of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and draft contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and establish the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers.

• Collaborate with real estate agents, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing quotas through phone sales.

• Availability during evenings and weekends is necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
