R&D Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Successfully engage potential clients through swift understanding, business insight, and adaptability to various situations.

• Evaluate clients' products and initiatives to pinpoint their potential for innovation.

• Transform notes from product development and preliminary project ideas into well-structured, persuasive, and technically sound grant applications in German.

• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with founders, CTOs/CPOs, and other stakeholders regarding their projects.

• Deliver comprehensive support to clients until the funding is disbursed.

• Assume accountability for client relationships and ensure client success.

• Organize innovations as projects and create compelling documentation for grant applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in software development or technical projects.

• A keen interest in emerging technologies, trends, and software tools.

• A master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a natural science.

• Proficiency in German at a high, near-native level (clear, concise, persuasive, and scientifically rigorous).

• Fluent in English.

• A solid understanding of business principles and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

• A strong ambition, drive, and unwavering commitment to quality.
