This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist with interventions related to talent management, succession planning, performance management, and change management.
• Contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives.
• Maintain the Organizational Change Management Toolkit and its associated processes.
• Support and facilitate tailored organizational development and change management strategies and solutions.
• Provide solutions for performance challenges or competency gaps and track program progress until completion.
• Conduct data collection to validate tools measuring employee productivity, performance, or engagement.
• Implement executive coaching, mentoring, and peer coaching programs.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Oversee assigned organizational development vendor platforms and other company SaaS solutions.
• Monitor trends in organizational development and advanced thinking.
• Partner with various functions to integrate learning initiatives with the company's growth strategy.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Report the impacts of interventions to Managers and Directors.
• Report directly to the Director of Organizational Development.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to inquiries from leadership, managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Skillful in solving practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
• Strong presentation, networking, time management, and initiative skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate on project-based work.
• Proficient in Talent Management systems, assessments, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Ability to utilize The Action Research Model.
• Certified Executive Coach certification is preferred (IFC accepted).
• Certified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification is preferred.
• Certification to facilitate the communication styles model (Desired CoreStrengths) is preferred.
