This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as a primary contact for customer accounts within the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension sector.
• Drive demand for company offerings while fostering relationships with healthcare providers and their staff.
• Engage with and support account executives in obtaining formulary access.
• Create and implement account strategies tailored to local customer requirements.
• Oversee the overall customer experience in designated accounts.
• Generate account insights, perform quarterly strategic planning, manage the execution of account strategies, and monitor progress.
• Deliver approved disease and product information and resources to healthcare teams involved in patient care.
• Distribute target profiles to aid in the identification of suitable patients.
• Instruct providers on the correct administration of products and available patient support programs.
• Collaborate with customer-facing roles to address care team needs in a compliant manner.
• Organize and host medical education events while supporting the company's participation in congress and society gatherings.
• Foster connections among providers and collaborate with headquarters on thought-leader events.
• Cover the state of Colorado, which includes Denver, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, and Fort Collins.
• Travel approximately 25% based on candidate location and business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience within the healthcare industry.
• Equivalent experience may encompass professional sales, healthcare/scientific roles, professional marketing, or military service.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior management, thought leaders, and customers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly in conveying complex scientific and public health information.
• Strong prioritization skills with the capability to place decisions within the context of broader corporate strategies.
• Proficiency in technology, including the MS Office Suite and iPad.
• Preferred: advanced degree such as an MBA or PharmD.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of current/recent experience in the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension market.
• Preferred: minimum of 2 years of current/recent experience with rare disease products.
• Preferred: over 2 years of experience in healthcare account management.
