Radiologist, MRI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct whole body MRI reporting for Prenuvo.

• Analyze cases on-site or utilize a remote radiology workstation that meets RANZCR approval, depending on the work location.

• Deliver exceptional service to patients and referring physicians.

• Engage in continuous staff education, including case reviews with MRI technologists.

• Utilize PACS and other software systems effectively.

• Address PACS and IT issues to a reasonable extent.

• Communicate and discuss urgent findings with referring practitioners.

• Update MRI technologists about urgent findings and findings of interest.

• Meet a minimum requirement for reporting Prenuvo scans weekly.

• Foster a culture of effective communication, teamwork, and learning.

• Collaborate with radiologists across various specialties to deliver high-quality whole-body MRI diagnostic expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a fellowship from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR).

• Full unrestricted registration with AHPRA is required.

• Must actively participate in the RANZCR CPD program as a RANZCR MRI radiologist.

• A general radiologist with a solid foundation in MRI is essential.

• A body MRI fellowship is advantageous; all subspecialists are encouraged to apply if willing to broaden their expertise.

• A commitment to being available for reporting a minimum number of Prenuvo scans weekly is necessary.

• A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
