This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Establish project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines for various projects.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle, encompassing scope management, resource distribution, and risk assessment.
• Guarantee that contractually obligated deliverables are achieved punctually, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Supervise projects from the initial planning stage through to implementation, acceptance, and deployment.
• Set up project governance and maintain comprehensive delivery plans.
• Identify and address risks, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across all workstreams.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager, local and regional technical teams, product and R&D teams, the internal project management team in Tel Aviv, as well as partners and customers in South Korea.
• Deliver regular updates, reports, and technical demonstrations to leadership, partners, and clients.
• Represent Classiq at industry conferences, workshops, and academic events.
• Track project KPIs, including schedule adherence, deliverable quality, and stakeholder engagement.
• Incorporate emerging methodologies in project management, application development, and quantum software development.
• Native-level proficiency in Korean and professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in project/program management within high-tech or deep-tech domains.
• Strong understanding of quantum computing, or a high motivation and ability to learn quantum computing algorithms.
• Background working with research or software teams and engaging in public/private partnerships.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project planning and tracking tools, Gantt charts, milestone management, risk registers, resource planning, and status reporting.
• PMP or a similar certification is a plus.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies in software development projects is a bonus.
