This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical quality and safety as Daymark expands its clinical operations.

• Assist with audits, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses.

• Manage quality and safety metrics and reporting for clinical and executive leadership.

• Create protocols and controls for both in-person and virtual care environments.

• Collaborate with the VP of Clinical Operations and the VP of Oncology Nursing & Supportive Care.

• Act as the primary contact for external audits and regulatory assessments.

• Evaluate current quality and safety protocols and documentation standards.

• Analyze the regulatory environment to identify compliance gaps and deadlines.

• Improve the logging and triage processes for incidents, near-misses, and quality concerns.

• Revise the quality and safety playbook.

• Execute quality and safety metrics reporting, including audit outcomes, corrective actions, and care model trends.

• Educate clinical staff on safety protocols, incident reporting, and risk management.

• Track daily quality metrics across care teams, incorporating AI implementation and quality.

• Travel to various markets to ensure compliance with quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or clinical discipline.

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or safety management.

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or program management role.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory.

• Preferred experience in cancer quality and safety.

• Familiarity with audits from accrediting organizations is advantageous.

• Competence in conducting root-cause analyses and translating findings into corrective measures.

• Proven experience in establishing a quality or safety program.

• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and provide constructive feedback.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Candidates based in the greater Boston or greater NYC area are preferred.
