Quality Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality planning, compliance, continuous improvement, and QA inspection activities.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ascertain requirements and provide leadership.

• Sustain quality and offer guidance on ongoing improvements to surpass performance goals, decrease costs, and enhance schedules.

• Regularly maintain and revise the Quality Management Plan (QMP).

• Ensure adherence to local policies, practices, and procedures that support QMP requirements.

• Engage with program and project management, Government technical personnel, and clients.

• Deliver status updates and progress reports.

• Recognize issues and determine suitable resolution strategies.

• Promote special safety measures and conduct briefings for senior management, safety teams, and contractor staff.

• Design QA inspection processes to ensure consistent achievement of required performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA).

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Active Secret Clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Assurance Processes, and Quality Management.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

• Capability to work remotely.
