Quality Control Specialist – AI/ML, Portuguese (Brazil)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and uniformity.

• Contrast the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications.

• Validate punctuation, capitalization, numerical data, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization standards.

• Confirm that the original wording and meaning have been retained.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related mistakes.

• Utilize reference audio as needed to clarify ambiguous situations.

• Consistently implement project-specific quality benchmarks.

• Deliver precise feedback and highlight recurring issues when necessary.

• Fulfill assigned QC tasks within project timelines and productivity goals.

• Evaluate language annotation tasks to enhance AI-generated speech recognition transcripts.

• Prior experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.
