Senior AI Automation Expert – Microsoft M365, Copilot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and execute automation solutions using Power Automate.

• Create effective use cases for Copilot.

• Develop internal assistants utilizing Copilot Studio.

• Integrate various M365 components such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

• Diagnose issues related to Copilot and automation configurations.

• Document solutions and establish standardized practices.

• Assist in—and gradually take charge of—prompting workshops, training sessions for Copilot, and practical demonstrations for executives.

• Address technical inquiries.

• Simplify complex technical subjects into clear, comprehensible language.

• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings.

• Organize use cases.

• Contribute to the development of solution architectures.

• Establish best practices and internal standards.

• Engage in projects related to the implementation of Microsoft Copilot, automating sales, HR, and proposal processes, creating internal knowledge copilots, and establishing AI governance within the M365 framework.

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate.

• Strong comprehension of technical processes.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Methodical and self-reliant work style.

• Receptive to feedback.
