This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage incoming security and quality questionnaires, familiarize yourself with the answer library and response tools, and independently complete routine questionnaires.
• Oversee the master schedule for audit and compliance activities while providing advance notice for upcoming tasks.
• Take ownership of daily QMS operations, manage new-hire team training assignments, training materials, and records related to change orders, suppliers, and computer systems.
• Ensure compliance data is accurate and that the status of the GRC program is visible on Jira and Confluence.
• Evaluate control statements across SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMC.
• Detect discrepancies between control claims and supporting evidence prior to audits.
• Keep SOPs and policies up-to-date and easily understandable.
• Enhance questionnaire response times by utilizing reusable answer-library content.
• Collaborate with teams across Security, Engineering, Legal, People, and Sales.
• 2–5 years of experience in GRC, compliance operations, quality assurance, or audit support with hands-on responsibilities.
• Direct experience in managing and responding to security or quality questionnaires at scale.
• Proven experience with shared questionnaire tools and answer libraries.
• Active participation in at least one audit or certification cycle from start to finish, including evidence gathering and follow-up on findings.
• Experience in administering or extensively using a compliance system of record, such as an eQMS or GRC platform, with a focus on data accuracy.
• Strong skills in technical writing and editing.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools and frameworks, including the development of custom skills, agents, or prompt-driven workflows.
• Ability to recognize when model outputs need human verification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and discipline in managing calendars.
• Good judgment regarding when to respond, involve a subject-matter expert, or escalate issues.
• Collaborative mindset when working with Security, Engineering, Legal, People, and Sales teams.
• Preferred: experience in regulated life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals; knowledge of GxP; 21 CFR Part 11; computer system validation; or supplier qualification.
