Quality Assurance (QA)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement functional, integration, and regression test strategies.

• Create test scenarios informed by requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Assess APIs, integrations, and workflows pertinent to the Trade-In process.

• Maintain the quality of outputs throughout the development lifecycle.

• Perform user acceptance testing prior to the deployment of solutions to production.

• Verify business rules, exception scenarios, and overall system behavior.

• Analyze incidents, replicate failures, and document findings.

• Assist in root cause analysis and validation of corrections.

• Work collaboratively with Development, Product, and business teams.

• Aid in test automation, promote continuous improvement, and enhance quality practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA professional within agile teams.

• Proficient in functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Skilled in developing test scenarios and test cases.

• Ability to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in conducting solution acceptance testing.

• Competence in incident investigation and log analysis.

• Knowledge of REST API testing.

• Familiarity with Postman.

• Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Proficient in JSON payload validation.

• Expertise in contract validation and system-to-system integrations.

• Familiarity with SQL Server.

• Knowledge of MongoDB.

• Ability to conduct data querying and analysis for scenario validation.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

• Experience with applications and services in a production environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent associate/technical degree.

• Experience in contractor engagement (PJ).
