Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the work output generated by team members, which includes annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)4 testing, 410(b) testing, the 5500 form, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance.

• Assess work products from other departments as needed.

• Engage in process enhancement, standards creation, and client service initiatives as time allows.

• Offer feedback and mentorship on work products to junior staff members.

• Interpret plan documents and notices.

• Stay updated on new regulations and legislation; be aware of proposed regulations and legislation.

• Enhance professional expertise through seminars and self-directed study.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in non-discrimination testing.

• Extensive knowledge of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code and Regulations.

• Strong research and analytical abilities.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and the capability to juggle multiple tasks.

• High degree of critical thinking skills.

• Receptive to coaching and dedicated to professional growth.

• Familiarity with Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is advantageous.

• Must reside in the USA and possess authorization to work for any US employer.

• 37.5-hour work week.
