• Accurately and consistently review files amidst high volumes.

• Perform quality analyses related to insurance procedures.

• Record and document observations.

• Offer constructive and clear feedback.

• Oversee work across various departments and adapt to changing priorities.

• Communicate via internal chat platforms.

• Utilize project management, workflow, and documentation tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in roles such as insurance quality analyst, underwriting, or premium audit.

• In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation across multiple states.

• General insurance knowledge.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to review files accurately and consistently, even in high volumes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to document findings and provide feedback in a clear and constructive manner.

• Comfortable managing tasks across various departments and adapting to shifting priorities simultaneously.

• Preferred experience with project management or workflow tools like Jira.

• Preferred experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence.

• Experience communicating through internal chat platforms like Slack or Teams.
