Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members who may not be completing case file documentation, their self-managed teams, and the administrative team.

• Oversee data to ensure timely completion of staff documentation in Procentive EHR and other data reporting systems.

• Engage in direct and courteous communication with staff about documentation and quality reporting issues.

• Seek assistance to support and guide staff through challenging performance situations.

• Maintain flexibility in work hours when staff need to address concerns outside of regular business hours.

• Assist staff in delivering quality work that aligns with the mission of Greater MN Family Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, such as psychology, social work, human services/human development, sociology, child development/family services, or a related area is preferred.

• Must be a resident of Minnesota.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human service-related field.

• A strong background in effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively resolve issues as they arise.

• Understanding of the significance of confidentiality in the workplace.
