Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Map, redesign, and maintain processes that enhance the company's products and operations.

• Lead comprehensive AS IS → TO BE transformations.

• Convert assessments into quantifiable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Legal teams to gather and document AS IS processes.

• Identify bottlenecks, rework, risks, and control points within processes.

• Design the TO BE state with measurable benefits, validate solutions, and offer structured feedback.

• Assist Product professionals in converting processes into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure compliance with BACEN and ANTT regulatory standards in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.

• Define and monitor process indicators and tactical OKRs.

• Recognize and prioritize opportunities for automation and the application of AI.

• Lead implementation efforts, change management plans, training, procedures, and adoption tracking.

• Maintain a prioritized improvement backlog, visual management, and regular executive status reporting.

• Collaborate closely with Product squads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in process mapping and redesign (BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping) within large, complex organizations.

• Proven track record in managing end-to-end continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen).

• Direct experience collaborating with business areas at various levels of digital maturity, including interactions with executive leadership.

• Proficient in interpreting data and management reports (income statement, revenue, costs, billing).

• Experience in agile environments, working with squads, backlogs, and sprints.

• Familiarity with OKRs and performance indicators.

• Practical application of AI in everyday tasks.

• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and tools such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.

• Knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, and Miro.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.

• Preferred qualifications include CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certification; experience in regulated industries and working with BACEN and ANTT; background in transportation, logistics, mobility, payment methods, or financial services; expertise in process mining, RPA, Power Automate, workflows, Design Thinking, workshop facilitation, and agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or Kanban).
