QMS Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist life sciences clients in navigating digital quality transformation

• Take ownership of eQMS implementations from start to finish

• Mentor clients on quality best practices

• Ensure that projects yield measurable results

• Oversee customer implementation projects while managing scope, timelines, and quality goals

• Configure and enhance Dot Compliance solutions to meet customer business and compliance needs

• Share best practices and offer strategic counsel throughout the project lifecycle

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide ongoing coaching

• Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocations

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies

• Utilize AI-driven tools to expedite project plans, configuration documentation, and training materials while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance

• Cultivate long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in professional services, Customer Success, or project management within the life sciences field

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and quality processes in pharma, biotech, and/or medical devices

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11

• Experience in eQMS implementation, ideally on Salesforce-based platforms

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong skills in problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management

• Experience with Dot Compliance or similar cloud-based QMS platforms is advantageous

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or the Force.com platform is a plus

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an asset
