QMS Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to end users

• Address and resolve incidents

• Set up workflows

• Collect and analyze requirements

• Design, implement, and validate tests

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Oversee and configure the ETQ Reliance platform

• Ensure the application fulfills business requirements and maintains stability

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives for the platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with the ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS)

• Background in providing functional and/or enterprise application support

• Understanding of workflow configuration and administration of the ETQ Reliance platform

• Experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements

• Proficient in designing, executing, and validating tests

• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Familiarity with SQL and SQL Server

• Proficient in Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical abilities for troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Advanced or fluent English for collaboration with global teams

• Experience with automated and regression testing (Preferred)

• Knowledge of job monitoring in Jenkins (Preferred)

• Experience in regulated environments and quality management systems (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Quality Management, CAPA, Document Control, and Compliance processes (Preferred)

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management abilities (Preferred)
