QA Manual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing of ERP applications in accordance with business requirements and analytical documentation.

• Develop, execute, update, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.

• Carry out functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.

• Define and prioritize acceptance test cases aligned with user story acceptance criteria.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects and risks using defect management tools like Azure DevOps.

• Review user stories and solution designs from a testing perspective and recommend enhancements.

• Oversee test coverage to ensure sufficient coverage of both new and existing functionalities.

• Prepare and maintain test plans, test reports, and quality documentation.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and Designers throughout the development lifecycle.

• Report on testing progress, quality risks, and the effectiveness of testing to relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software testing, focusing primarily on manual testing.

• Experience in testing complex business applications, particularly ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing methodologies.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining test scenarios, test cases, and related documentation.

• Capability to analyze business requirements and user stories, translating them into effective test cases.

• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Nice to have: experience in API and UI testing.

• Nice to have: experience in Scrum or a similar agile environment.

• Nice to have: basic experience with test automation.

• Nice to have: familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, SpecFlow, or equivalent testing tools.

• Nice to have: knowledge of Gherkin syntax.

• Nice to have: familiarity with Azure DevOps and Confluence.

• Nice to have: experience utilizing AI tools in everyday tasks.

• Nice to have: ISTQB or equivalent certification.
