This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take full responsibility for the overall quality of the math engine, internal platform, delivery pipelines, certification readiness, and baseline server security.
• Assess mathematical accuracy, including RTP, feature frequencies, variance, win limits, payout distributions, and distinct payouts.
• Create and validate extensive simulations ranging from millions to billions of spins.
• Cross-verify the engine with independent analytical oracles.
• Examine determinism, reproducibility, event and round states, as well as edge-case behaviors.
• Manage regression testing when shared mechanics or calibrations are altered.
• Conduct functional and API testing on the internal platform.
• Confirm delivery to gaming platforms, focusing on hashes, engine compatibility, monetary formulas, and output adapters.
• Test complete workflows from recipe through calibration, packaging, server deployment, and game front end.
• Evaluate CI/CD releases and auto-deploy pipelines.
• Maintain QA tracking in alignment with certification lab requirements and compile evidence for RNG and game certification.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by executing statistical test batteries and certification simulations.
• Keep documentation updated for laboratories and partners.
• Conduct baseline penetration testing on servers, APIs, portals, CI/CD, and secrets management.
• Validate package integrity and safeguard against tampering.
• Generate prioritized findings reports along with remediation recommendations.
• Minimum of 3 years in QA.
• Essential hands-on experience in iGaming or gambling, encompassing game mathematics, casino operations, sportsbook, or RGS/provider-side roles.
• Solid understanding of probability, expected value, variance, confidence intervals, RTP, hit rate, and volatility.
• Proficiency in REST and JSON API testing.
• Capability to read and write automated tests.
• Automation expertise in at least one of the following: Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10.
• Practical experience with tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, nmap, or Postman.
• Skill in inspecting traffic and identifying prevalent web and API vulnerabilities.
• Comfortable using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Active engagement with AI tools such as LLM assistants and coding copilots for testing, analysis, scripting, specification parsing, and security assessment.
• Experience in guiding games through provider-side certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of RNG certification and statistical test suites such as NIST, Diehard, or TestU01 is a plus.
• Familiarity with slot mechanics is beneficial.
• OSCP, eJPT, or CEH certifications, or practical experience in bug bounty or penetration testing, is an advantage.
• Experience with load testing and managing large simulation datasets is a plus.
• Proficiency in English for reading and communication with labs and partners.
