QA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee the quality of testing (both internal and vendor-related)

• Establish the testing and automation strategy

• Quality approval prior to deployments (Go/No-Go)

• Manage defects throughout the entire lifecycle

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users

• Generate metrics (coverage, defects, MTTR)

• Identify continuous improvements in QA processes

• Engage directly with the business/Product Owner

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the role

• Experience in QA within banking or the financial sector

• Background in test automation

• Experience in leading QA processes and/or teams

• Ability to manage the defect lifecycle

• Experience in banking

• Focus on automation

• Automation tools (preferably TestComplete or similar)

• Test management: TestRail

• Management: Jira

• APIs: Postman, SoapUI

• Performance testing: JMeter

• Desirable: knowledge in RPA
