QA Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing on new product features and bug fixes prior to their release.

• Design and implement manual tests for functionality, applications, security, performance, and regression.

• Document, analyze, and communicate test outcomes and intricate issues.

• Work collaboratively with QA, Product Owners, and Development team members to grasp testing needs.

• Engage in planning sessions to create testing strategies.

• Evaluate API endpoints utilizing tools like Postman.

• Employ basic SQL commands and queries for data validation.

• Create, sustain, and execute automated test scripts with Playwright or equivalent tools.

• Enhance test coverage and minimize manual testing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in writing and executing manual test cases, scenarios, and plans.

• Familiarity with basic SQL commands and queries.

• Experience in API testing with tools such as Postman.

• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Competence in using Google Chrome DevTools.

• Capability to write clean, readable, and maintainable test scripts in Playwright or similar tools using JavaScript.

• Knowledge of search concepts.

• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.

• Strong collaboration skills in a diverse team environment.

• Ability to operate in a fully remote setting without a company office.

• Bachelor’s degree or a technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.

• Willingness to have regular overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings and status updates.
