Publishing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Revise content, layouts, formatting, themes, and graphics in Microsoft PowerPoint to ensure consistency and precision across all publishing materials.

• Conduct extensive quality assurance checks to confirm content accuracy, formatting uniformity, and the fulfillment of requested modifications.

• Handle both automated and manual change requests, monitor their completion, and coordinate final delivery within specified deadlines.

• Oversee assets within Seismic, ensuring correct versioning and proper archiving of materials.

• Create and maintain charts in Microsoft Excel, ensuring a precise representation of source data and consistent presentation standards.

• Detect data variances and discrepancies across publishing materials and take necessary actions to maintain accuracy.

• Guide team members and assist in training initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of Publishing Specialists.

• Organize large file repositories and implement repetitive publishing workflows using a systematic and methodical approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant roles such as content production, publishing, or similar high-volume content operations.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, including editing themes, templates, layouts, formatting, and graphics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with skills in data visualization and chart creation.

• Strong focus on processes and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing high-volume file repositories and executing repetitive workflows in an organized manner.

• Ability to recognize trends, variances, and discrepancies within extensive content and data sets.

• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

• Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and applications.

• Nice-to-have: Proficiency in AI tools; familiarity with financial and investment concepts; practical experience with Workfront and Seismic; experience in highly regulated environments where accuracy, consistency, version control, and established publishing processes are vital.
