This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily review queue for the Publisher ecosystem, which encompasses TCPA/trusted forms, creative assessments, whitelist domain evaluations, and partner ID verification.
• Assess whether partner content and activities align with established standards.
• Ensure a 48-hour turnaround for partner reviews and Account Manager support inquiries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for questions related to Publisher standards, while escalating partner objections and ongoing risks to the Compliance Manager.
• Oversee new business due diligence and the onboarding standards checklist prior to partners going live.
• Handle updates for blacklist alliances and anti-transfer corrections, as well as oversee partner offboarding with the assistance of interns.
• Keep a decision log that records clearances, rejections, and the reasoning behind decisions.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Manager on systems, process implementation, change reporting, version control, documentation, and templates.
• Provide standards guidance to Account Managers and Publisher partners while managing communications with external partners.
• Assist Sales and legal teams with client FAQs and responses to partner complaints.
• Take responsibility for tracking corrective actions in conjunction with Account Managers and partners.
• Analyze review data to uncover recurring violation trends and suggest enhancements.
• Conduct quarterly audits of the active partner catalog and domain directory.
• Perform routine compliance monitoring across creative materials, disclaimers, and TCPA utilizing AI-assisted tools when available.
• Oversee anti-transfer and whitelist co-registration monitoring, producing compliance reports.
• Provide weekly Standards Performance & Strategy Reporting.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for partner-facing and associate staff.
• Assist with ad hoc audits, root-cause analyses, and the annual standards review.
• Experience in an audit, advertising compliance, or a similar review and clearance capacity.
• Demonstrated history of managing a review queue or approval process, including responsibility for turnaround times and consistency in decisions.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations—confident in making and justifying decisions when standards do not clearly address the circumstances.
• Excellent written communication skills; capable of articulating a rejection or necessary change so that the requesting team can take action.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with review metrics and dashboards.
• Familiarity with TCPA and legal advertising regulations preferred.
• Background in affiliate, publisher, or lead generation networks preferred.
• Experience in developing training or enablement programs for partner-facing teams preferred.
