Public Relations Fellow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Become a part of SBS Comms, a public relations and communications agency that caters to technology firms.

• Engage in an all-encompassing 6-month fellowship program.

• Collaborate with client teams and contribute to their overall success.

• Track and report on media coverage.

• Create briefing materials.

• Perform research tasks.

• Build media lists.

• Execute media outreach efforts.

• Communicate with clients.

• Enhance your strategic thinking and media strategy abilities.

• Gain insights from and work alongside seasoned PR professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.

• Must be located within the United States.

• Excellent writing and creative thinking abilities.

• Capacity to interpret concepts and scenarios while providing recommendations.

• Assertive character with the ability to engage in dynamic discussions with colleagues and clients.

• Capability to prioritize tasks under the guidance of multiple senior team members.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

• A collaborative, diligent, and humble approach.

• Passion for technology and the sectors it influences.

• Desire to develop skills in strategic thinking and media strategy.

• PR agency experience is requested on the application form.

• In-house PR/communications experience is requested on the application form.

• Bonus points for completing a PR internship, developing an app, or pursuing unique interests.
