Public Records Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of HireRight’s systems and departmental workflows.

• Coordinate targets for data acquisition to enhance HireRight’s competitive edge.

• Analyze the depth, coverage, and return on investment of data.

• Identify and implement efficiencies in the acquisition process.

• Assist in the upkeep of source documentation while ensuring adherence to version control.

• Provide training to team members and other departments, acting as a subject matter expert for data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department.

• Maintain professional relationships with current data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that do not meet established standards.

• Address source maintenance issues by collaborating directly with providers, courts, and HireRight staff, offering data acquisition guidance as needed.

• Acquire, expand, and sustain HireRight’s data sources that support Enterprise products and services.

• Ensure that data sources comply with HireRight’s quality standards, delivering accurate, timely, and professional feedback concerning data-source evaluations and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• An associate degree or a combination of education and relevant experience is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in documentation and research is essential.

• Training experience is an advantage.

• Proficiency in an Internet/Windows environment is mandatory.

• Strong verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities is required.

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain is a plus.
