PT Clinician/Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver mental health services to clients through remote video conferencing.

• Comply with ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality in a virtual environment.

• Perform assessments and develop service plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family-oriented interventions.

• Offer services aligned with the professional discipline's scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Only local candidates are eligible.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Minimum of one year of experience providing clinical services to individuals facing severe mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and severe emotional disturbances/disruptive behaviors.

• Experience working with electronic medical records is necessary.

• A valid State of Michigan professional license (LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLP) is required.

• Must achieve Michigan certification within 30 days of employment.

• Proficient clinical skills in crisis intervention, assessment, and therapeutic intervention are essential.

• Availability for 20 hours per week is mandatory.
