Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatric evaluations and 25-minute follow-up consultations that combine medication management with brief psychotherapeutic support.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications in compliance with state and federal laws.

• Incorporate brief psychotherapy when clinically suitable.

• Collaborate with therapists in an integrated care model utilizing a shared EHR system and consultation spaces.

• Work closely with physicians and clinical leadership.

• Provide insights that shape the delivery of clinical care.

• Utilize data-informed tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice in Illinois.

• Eager and committed to obtaining licensure in additional states; Two Chairs will cover all associated costs.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.

• Experience with remote, outpatient telepsychiatry for adults.

• A strong passion for high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with a dedicated psychiatric team.
