Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial assessments with clients.

• Collaboratively formulate treatment plans that may include medication, therapy, or both.

• Proactively follow up with clients at least once a month to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and ongoing care.

• Provide care until treatment objectives are met.

• Offer combined medication and therapy sessions.

• Utilize various modalities of talk therapy.

• Conduct tele-psychiatric consultations for clients located in Delaware.

• Establish a flexible schedule within operational hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

• Collaborate with advanced practice nurses and physician partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

• Active Delaware Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.

• ANCC Board Certification.

• DEA Certification.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in adult mental health.

• Strong assessment capabilities.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ambitious, client-focused work ethic.

• Must possess a personal computer and a quiet, professional environment for tele-psychiatry sessions.

• Availability for at least 16 hours per week.

• Weekend availability is required.

• Must be comfortable providing various forms of talk therapy.

• Must hold a Delaware Nurse Practitioner License.

• Must be at ease working remotely.
