Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform initial psychiatric assessments.

• Collaboratively create treatment strategies with clients for medication management, therapy, or a combination of both approaches.

• Actively follow up with clients monthly to evaluate the effectiveness of the suggested interventions.

• Provide continuous care until treatment objectives are met.

• Offer various forms of talk therapy alongside medication management.

• Establish a successful, high-volume telepsychiatry practice.

• Maintain a consistent full-time caseload with flexible operating hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

• Active Pennsylvania Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.

• ANCC Board Certification.

• DEA Certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in adult mental health.

• Strong skills in psychiatric assessment and diagnosis.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Driven, client-focused work ethic.

• Comfortable handling a full-time telepsychiatry caseload.

• Must possess a personal computer and a quiet, professional environment for telepsychiatry appointments.

• Availability on weekends.

• Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License (Required).

• ANCC Board Certification (Required).

• DEA Certification (Required).
