Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct tele-psychiatric consultations for clients residing in North Carolina

• Perform initial assessments

• Collaboratively create treatment plans that may include medication, therapy, or a combination of both

• Actively follow up with clients on a monthly basis to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and ensure ongoing care until objectives are met

• Offer integrated medication and therapy sessions

• Establish a personalized schedule within operational hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

• Valid North Carolina Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License

• ANCC Board Certification

• Over 2 years of experience in adult mental health

• Proficient assessment skills

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills

• Driven, client-focused professional ethos

• Personal computer and a quiet, professional environment for tele-psychiatry sessions

• North Carolina DEA Certification

• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week

• Availability on weekdays and weekends

• Comfortable providing a variety of talk therapy modalities

• 1099 contractor status
