Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform psychiatric assessments.

• Create personalized tapering strategies based on hyperbolic tapering principles.

• Oversee ongoing patient treatment, which includes medication modifications, symptom tracking, and withdrawal assistance.

• Work in partnership with care coordinators to guarantee a seamless patient experience.

• Provide tailored tapering support to patients transitioning off psychiatric medications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current PMHNP certification with a valid license in California.

• More than 2 years of clinical experience post-certification.

• Proficient with technology and comfortable in a fully remote setting.

• Open to questioning and revising aspects of clinical training.

• Interest in collaborating directly with clinicians and researchers in developing deprescribing protocols.

• Applications are only accepted from US-based PMHNPs and Psychiatrists.

• Valid MD or NP license required.

• PMHNPs must hold an RN license.

• Must provide relevant state DEA license details.
