Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to patients during the perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal stages through a fully remote telehealth model.

• Operate within a care model that emphasizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.

• Execute 60-minute intake sessions and 20–30-minute follow-ups, applying clinical judgment to assess the suitable duration for each session.

• Adapt and thrive in an early-stage startup environment.

• Contribute to the development of workflows and best practices.

• Allocate approximately 5–10+ hours weekly for patient-facing appointment time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Board Certified TX (Texas) PMHNP license in good standing.

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least three additional state licenses in open or forthcoming markets.

• RN Compact licensure is preferred.

• DEA registration is not required, as controlled substances are not prescribed.

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.

• At least six months of telehealth experience is necessary.

• Strong understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal phases.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create treatment plans and guide clinical care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to adapt and a strong desire to grow within an early-stage startup.

• Comfortable and proficient with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite.

• Willingness to learn new programs efficiently.
