This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain regular, high-quality communication with health system research teams and leadership regarding partnerships, projects, and strategic objectives.
• Evaluate the clinical research strengths and weaknesses of health system partners and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and clinical teams to meet partner objectives and ensure their satisfaction.
• Guarantee that health systems effectively utilize Paradigm solutions and products to enhance patient outcomes.
• Identify and promote clinical research partnership opportunities between sponsor partners and network sites.
• Encourage health system partners to engage in cross-network programming and events.
• Gather customer product feedback and advocate for strategic enhancements in product development.
• Manage post-MSA contracting, including subscription renewals, upsell SOWs, and other agreements.
• At least 4 years of experience in a blend of SaaS client service delivery, contracting, and relationship management within healthcare systems; healthcare clinical operations; or related fields.
• Clinical trial operations experience along with familiarity with key research processes, tools, and stakeholders is advantageous.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experienced with project management tools like Monday, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of development tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• A proven history of collaborating across clinical, technology, and business teams on complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead partnerships with external executive stakeholders and client/internal leadership teams.
• Proven capability to independently manage and influence end-to-end customer relationships with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• A measurable record of enhancing account performance through KPIs.
• High levels of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity.
• Strong decision-making, judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
